Chelsea holds a Bachelors of Arts in English and Political Science from the University of Mississippi. Chelsea started as a Help Desk Rep in January 2010 and has been in her current role of Help Desk Manager since July of 2014. During her tenure at Next Gear, she has also had experience as an in-house and on-site trainer, Implementation Specialist, Project Services Coordinator, and Franchise Services Account Rep. After learning and growing in each role, Chelsea circled back to run the Help Desk Team — where it all started!
Outside of Next Gear, Chelsea’s whole world is her family and friends, her husband, Chris, and her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Penny. No seriously… bring up Cavaliers on the phone and you’ll have a new friend for life!
