Kailey Crouse holds a bachelor degree in Liberal Studies from California State University of Northridge. While completing her degree she worked for a Los Angeles-based restoration company. There she began her love for the restoration industry while working in various departments. She has experience in the contents department, administrative support, and customer service and accounting. Upon Kailey¹s completion of her degree, she accepted a full time position as a Business Developer for the same restoration company. She was responsible for developing new leads, turning those leads into profitable relationships, and using the information provided by their software (DASH) to determine which income sources were the most profitable. Kailey¹s job was also to increase the company¹s local awareness through community service projects and being a member of the Chamber of Commerce. As the years went by, Kailey accepted a management position as the Director of Business Development. With over 7 years of restoration experience, Kailey decided in 2011 to join Next Gear Solutions as a member of the sales consulting team. In 2013 Kailey transitioned into Client Services. Now, she oversees our training department as well as works one-on-one with our customers to ensure their success. Kailey also has a hands-on role in the development of our CRM and Marketing modules. In her free time Kailey enjoys hiking, traveling, and reading.
