Next Gear Solutions is proud to announce and welcome Dan Cassara as the new Chief Operating Officer of Next Gear Solutions.

Mr. Cassara brings with him over nine years of professional experience in the restoration industry. He comes to Next Gear Solutions from Disaster Kleenup International, the largest disaster restoration contracting organization in North America where he served as Vice president of Loss Services for almost a year and Vice President of Sales Marketing for a little over three years. Prior to his work at DKI Mr. Cassara held the Vice President of Sales and Marketing position at Four Star Cleaning and Restoration for over four years, where he worked on brand development, web site traffic growth, web site and advertising revenue, developed brand strategy and statistics systems, strategic consulting- sales strategy development, management of sales and marketing staffs ad revenue generation through relationships with key accounts.

Mr. Cassara holds a MBA in Business Operations from the American InterContinental University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the American InterContinental University. Mr. Cassara currently resides in the San Francisco Bay area.

Next Gear Solutions started off as a consulting company called Shift by founder and CEO Garret Gray who has been working in the restoration industry doing consulting work for over 10 years. As time went on and Garret noticed a need for a specialized system for these contractors, DASH was created and became the first web-based management system for restoration contractors in 2009. DASH is the first and only web-based management system for restoration contractors; it enables customers to monitor every step of every restoration job through an online portal.
